The bouquet was not as described

While we aim to replicate our website photos, seasonal and market availability may require substituting flowers of a different colour or style. We always match the bouquet’s overall theme, but natural variations in size, colour, and appearance are to be expected. If you believe your order was significantly different, please follow the steps below so we can make it right.


Gift Cards
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.


Refunds
If a refund has been approved, we’ll notify you once it’s processed. The amount will be returned via your original payment method, though your bank or credit card provider may take some time to finalise it.
